FitFlop sandals doctor-developed patent-pending microwobbleboard technology delivers enhanced leg muscle loading by combining three varying densities of EVA in a single smooth-underfoot midsole piece. With a thick, firm heel strike area to absorb shock and push the foot into midstep, a soft expanse under the centre-foot, and a mid-density toe off area, slight instability is created to switch the relevant muscle groups on for longer periods during every single step.

It's Gotta Be the Shoes! Jun 28, 2010
Shoes are hard to order online, but I could not find any store that handled these in the men's style. So, I did what the fitflop guide for sizing told me, and... good news. They were the right size!

At first I wasn't thrilled with way they fit, even though they were the right size. (I have a very thin foot.) But after walking around in them for a day, I was surprised at how much better they felt.

They are not the most stylish flip flops, but definitely not as bad as most of the rest. I definitely recommend these shoes. Best flops I've ever worn.

comfortable sandals Jan 19, 2010
I was shopping for sandals for wearing long term. In the past I would buy off the shelf at local retailers, and generally those were OK for short term. Now expecting to wear them every day I wanted sometihng more comfortable.

My fiance suggested fitflops so I gave them a try. Not many styles or colors for men, but the comfort is definately there.

I would strongly suggest the DASS model for anyone wanting a sandal meant for lots of walking. Read about the sizing and don't assume it will be the same as your shoe size. After reading I ordered up and they fit perfectly.

love these! bought them a year ago and have nothing but good things to say. I have an issue with the left foot. Shattered heel five years ago. These are the most comfortable sandals I have ever worn and they have held up very well until I had to have surgery and simply wore out the right while in a cast on the left.

THE BEST sandals Apr 16, 2009
Move over MBT. These sandals have them beat, and at a MUCH lower price. There are only 2 shoes I can wear. Fitflops and MBT's. Anything else, and my arthritis acts up after a few hours. Was I ever glad to see that these Fitflops give me another option. They are unbelievably comfortable. Unfortunately, there are not many men's styles, and the women's styles mostly end in 10. 8-(

UPDATE - after wearing these for a long time now, and almost every day, I'm still raving about them. FitFlop has a bunch of new boot styles this year, and hooray! they now come in women's 11. I tried the mukluks and the clog slippers, and they were both great. The Gogh II is still too small, sadly. Without a doubt, I love the Flip Flops the best, but sometimes, it's just too darn cold!
