I normally do not buy shoes online because I feel they are something you need to see and try on in person. I bought a couple of pairs (these Hush-Puppies and another brand) and I am extremely happy with them.
They are fairly lightweight, nice looking and incredibly comfortable. I have the luxury of being able to dress casually on a daily basis as I own my own company and they go great with Khakis which is what I wear almost every day.
They are constructed very well, affordably priced and run true to size.
I would highly recommend these.

I bought these shoes for my husband in 2006 and he's finally busted 'em. They lasted great for him wearing them everyday without bothering to shine or dye them. He tells me the neoprene along the ankles is very comfortable as well as the gel inserts.
Last week the top of the gel insert came loose and messed up the sole. Perhaps from the heat and sweat of his foot for so long a time.
Love them, buying the exact same thing again!
