We gladly accept returns, at our expense, for any reason. We ask that the shoes be in resalable condition (not worn outside and showing no signs of wear).
We would be happy to help you find a different size, color or style. If you prefer, we will refund your purchase. Refunds will be issued upon delivery of the returned shoes and can take a couple days to show on your bank statement.
We will send you a free return label (within the continental U.S.) Simply remove the old shipping label and replace it with the new. If your shoes were shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or a P.O. Box, return it via USPS First Class and we will refund the cost of shipping to you.
Please right a short note stating the reason for return or in case of an exchange - the item you'd like to exchange for -
along with your Email address and the Order Number assigned to that purchase (This will greatly speed up the processing of your return). Place the note inside, seal the box and bring it to a FedEx drop location.
